Self-Facial Massage with Chikako Hoshino-Powers will be from 10:30 a.m.-noon this Saturday. A facial massage can strengthen or firm up the skin and make it look younger. It also helps relax, reduce stress and release several “feel good” hormones. At the same time the “not-so-good-for-you” hormones are reduced. By simply stroking the face using beneficial massage techniques, circulation is increased, stimulating healing response and providing a healthy glow to any complexion. Bring a favorite facial cream and don’t wear make-up. Bring one large and one hand towel.
